JOB DETAILS:
A leading international industrial group, with diverse operations, seeks to recruit the following position for their operations in Kenya and Tanzania.

Head of Sales and Marketing
The Job Requirement is as follows:
• Experience in the FMCG industry in the sales & marketing function.
• Good understanding of commercials, understands P&L,Costing, Budgeting, ROI, etc.
•Strong relationship orientation
• Exposure to the East African markets would be an advantage
•Strong experience in managing teams.
• Good IT Skills, Microsoft Excel, PPT, and any CRM and distributor Management system.
• Highly result-oriented and passionate about the business
•Develop and implement an aggressive target-based marketing plan for the business.
•Closely work with the Advertising Agency to implement various marketing programs.

The Person should be:
• Bachelor's in Marketing, Masters in Management preferred but not necessary
• A minimum of 15 to 20 years of work experience in Sales with strong experience in the Beverages, FMCG Industry.
• Adequately computer literate in MS Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint
•Excellent package offered for successful candidates.
