What you will do
The Head of People & Change Management on enabling Wowzi to achieve its strategic vision by setting up effective processes and people practices which empower people to do their best work in order to accelerate the business. Concretely, the responsibilities will include:
• Performance, culture & engagement, change management, recruitment, talent management and onboarding
• Oversee all the recruitment process, performing need analysis, qualifying, and interviewing candidates
• Understand interdependencies between functions (e.g. Mobility, Comp, Immigration, etc.) and adjusts recruiting strategy to align
• Conduct new employee orientations and provide counseling on policies and procedures to all employees
• Direct and coordinate the human resources administrative functions of the organization
• Passionately push for results, think and act quickly, operate long-term and in the best interest of company goals
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Develop training and development programs and oversee performance management processes
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements

Preferred qualifications
• 4-8 years of proven experience as an HR officer, administrator, or any other relevant position
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, MBA or Masters in Organisational Development or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, collaborative, tech or startup environment
• Experience and success working effectively with businesses and leaders to integrate change management to drive results
• A track record of adapting change strategies to a high growth and fast-moving environment
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across stakeholder groups
• A history of developing business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
• A demonstrated ability to influence thinking, engage, and coach at all levels of an organization
• Ability to balance role as leader of change management center of excellence with hands-on delivery of change management
• Strong written, verbal communication skills, acute attention to detail and follow through and high-level of organization
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with leadership and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals and deliver on priorities
