JOB DETAILS:
Saham Assurance wishes to recruit suitable candidates for the following position which exist in our Medical Department. Head of Medical Business. The Head of Medical will be responsible for the overall management of the operations and functions of the Medical Department. The job holder will be required to oversee the operational efficiency of the Medical Department in order to meet customer expectations and also achieve revenue growth targets and profitability. .

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and monitor the growth strategy for the Medical business in line with the overall
• company strategy
• Improve and update procedures and processes in the department to ensure excellent
• delivery of services
• Ensure accuracy in quotations and proper underwriting
• Effective claims management to ensure proper vetting and prompt settlement.

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• ACII/ALIK
• At least 8 years' experience in Medical Insurance Administration with at least three years in a supervisory level.
