FKE has three regional offices in Kisumu, Nakuru and Mombasa. The Federation is now seeking to fill the following key positions with a view to strengthening its senior management team so as to provide even better value added services to its members.
Head of Labour Relations, Legal Regulatory Affairs of Members [Ref. No. 632/BD/FN) The successful candidate's primary responsibility with creativity and innovation in providing quality strategic services to members on industrial relations and legal matters affecting members. this includes advising members on all industrial relations and legal matters, marketing the Division's services, developing new strategic services and products for clients, overseeing all conciliation meetings and members‘ representations at the Industrial Court
Qualifications, experience and other requirements
• Bachelor of Laws or equivalent degree; a Master’s Degree in Law or MBA or other relevant qualification in Social Sciences from a recognized institution will be an added advantage;
• Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Studies from a recognized institution;
• An advocate of the High Court of Kenya and current member of LSK;
• At least 10 years’ experience in labour and industrial relations management, 5 of these in a senior position
