Requirements
Your mission:
• Lead with confidence and control remote working engineering teams
• Responsible for the delivery of engineers
• Developing the Business’s strategy for using technological resources
• Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably, and securely
• Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure (do not be afraid to shake things up)
• Develop technical aspects of the business’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage
• Help departments use technology profitably
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Build quality assurance and data protection processes
• Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
• Ensuring the architecture matches strategy

A Bit About You
• Proven experience as a Head of Engineering / Engineering Manager or similar leadership role, preferably in a FinTech/Tech company
• B2C experience
• Experience and understanding of the startup environment (nice to have)
• Proven experience working with the following tech stack, MongoDB, Node.js, React.js, Java(spring), Android (kotlin), IOS(Swift), Vue.js, AWS infrastructure, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Cassandra, DynamoDB, Terraform
• Knowledge of technological trends to build the strategy.
• Understanding of budgets and business-planning
• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership and organizational abilities
• Strategic thinking
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Passionate about creating products and leading a team
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
