JOB DETAILS:
Maisha Mapya Kenya Foundation, a Christian non-profit organization located in Nakuru. is seeking to hire a full-time Head of Community Care.
His role will include: Providing care and support co people in our community based on the organization's mandate. Serve in line with an agreed care and support plan.\work closely with other like-minded organizations and entitles

Requirements;
• Degree in Community Development Excellent Computer Skills Administrative ‘training Skills
• At least 2 years' experience as a social worker/ community worker.
• Professional training on Conflict resolutions. Drugs and substance abuse or any community development skills related.
• A Christian with an exemplary character
• An in-depth understanding of policies that affect our target communities. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including report writing.
• Should be able to adapt to organizational culture and die community that we serve.
• Good advocacy and networking skills
