HR Strategy:

•  Identify and research HR issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization.
•  Establishing HR objectives in line with organizational strategic thinking, direction and objectives.
  
•  Implement HR strategies by establishing department accountabilities.
  
•  Develop HR operational and financial strategies by forecasting requirements and trends.
  
•  Aligning monetary resources by measuring and analysing results.
  
•  Initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances and developing action plans.
  
•  Ensure records management is good and updated.
  
•  Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant including health and safety.
  
•  Provide day to day advice to line managers on all HR issues.
  
•  Ensure payroll is completed accurately and to deadline.
