JOB DETAILS:
HR Analyst

YOUR JOB
• Provide HR services to support the employee experience in all departments
• Respond to HR queries within stipulated TATs
• Prepare HR documentations - Recruitments, promotions etc
• Tracking of all local legal requirements. Staff work permits, regulatory bodies renewals , employee statutory documents application etc
• Assist in all matters relating to employment of staff.
• Partner with the local recruitment vendor to ensure smooth recruitment of talent aligned to Company culture and values.
• Ensure on boarding and induction of new staff is carried out as per set Company standards.
• Prepare all reports related to your area of work
• Ensure all HR administration policies are implemented and up to date.
• Carry out various HR administration duties in line with the compliance policies and procedures.
• Coordinate staff travel and related documents, Booking of HR meetings, calendars, staff work permit administration, staff workshops and town halls, training etc.
• Ensure monthly payroll data is collected and submitted to the payroll department as per set deadline.

YOUR PROFILE
• Bachelor’s degree
• IHRM membership a must
• 5+ years’ relevant experience in a HR role - fast paced multisite environment an added advantage
• Experience in supporting recruitment activities and providing HR support to line Managers on Company policies and procedures.
• Comprehensive Knowledge of employment law and other related Government regulations
• Exposure to HRMS such as workday
• A good grasp of excel, access and PowerPoint
• Demonstrate extensive experience in data analytics and reporting.
