Requirements
• Develop and implement a content strategy to increase brand awareness.
• Develop strategic relationship with media partners to promote positive output from company group activity
• Engage and interact across all group companies to understand, promote and propagate positive impact through housing and supporting tenants
• Write short article and press releases for various functions of the group for milestones and achievements
• Develop brand messaging and marketing material as and when required
• Execute the bi-monthly internal newsletter
• Execute the quarterly external newsletter
• Engage and interact with local community events and initiatives collaborating with 3i Consulting’s group operations and aspirations
• Build rapport with our partner organisations and promote collaborative messaging around community and social impact
• Support Group Executive Director with PR communications
• Assisting with the planning and delivery of research reports.
• Delivering marketing outputs on time and on budget, reporting regular updates to Group Executive Director
• Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against budget.
• Manage external PR agency and internal Marketing Executive
• Manage company profile in the press
• Write press releases as and when required
• Maintain a list of advertising contacts and negotiate rates on a regular basis.
Experience:
• Ideally educated to degree level
• 2 – 5 years PR experience engaging with top tier media outlets and experience in crisis PR
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Team player
• Ability to think both strategically and commercially with a good understanding of overall business dynamics.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications
