JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities:
1. Carrying out end to end AML model validation
2. Develop alternate Model where applicable
3. Manage the policies and procedures
4. Model inventory Management

Essential Knowledge:
1. In Depth Knowledge in the area of compliance Model Development and Transactional Monitoring
2. Proficient in Python coding
3. Intermediate knowledge in ML models
4. Proficiency in MS office tools
5. Relevant and apt knowledge in banking technologies and automation tools
6. Mission directed work team principles

Key Critical Competencies:
1. Minimum of a University Degree relevant to financial services or to an ICT environment
2. At least 5 Years’ Experience in the area of Compliance and Transactional Monitoring Model development
3. At least 2 years’ experience in Python coding
4. Effective application of industry guidelines, bank policies and relevant legal regulations to successfully meet the desired compliance standards
