JOB DETAILS:
The individual will be required to make presentations and demonstrate services and negotiate contracts with potential clients. You will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics of selling creative services, digital marketing, Google and Facebook Ads, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Duties and responsibilities
• Oversee all design projects from conception to delivery
• Meet with clients to gain an understanding of what they want
• Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for websites
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise services
• Working with clients and advising them regarding design styles, format, and time scales
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
• Responsible for customer satisfaction on any personalization job assigned to you including amending designs after feedback.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our work and ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing.
• Design Marketing and Branding Resources for internal use and for our clients
• Meet with clients to gain an understanding of what they want
• Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for websites
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise services
• Working with clients and advising them regarding design styles, format, and time scales


Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in graphic design, visual arts, or relevant field
• A graphic design portfolio
• Proficient in designing software like Adobe Suite and Affinity Suite
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts
• Portfolio of completed projects
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Accuracy and attention to details
• An understanding of the latest trends

• Ability to design print-ready merchandise and apparel.
• Ability to design social media creative media.
