JOB DETAILS:
You’ll play a pivotal role in resourcing candidates and consultants for our bids and live programmes, helping to lead the resourcing for our bids and programmes across the Sub-Saharan Africa region. Working closely with Global Resourcing colleagues in the UK and Middle East, you’ll help develop and strengthen a pipeline of talented education consultants and candidates. You'll also help us to grow our networks and our reach into new markets

Qualification
• Are educated to degree level
• Have excellent resourcing skills, with experience of using a range of resourcing tools such as advertising channels, job boards and social media to attract high-quality candidates
• Can demonstrate strong experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)/databases to build talent pools
• Have experience of using LinkedIn to search for candidates
• Are able to screen and assess candidates and have excellent communication skills
• Are fluent in spoken and written English
