Sustaining PATH's success requires attracting, developing and retaining a global workforce through both human resources strategies that are innovative and initiatives and practices that are equitable and inclusive. PATH's Global HRBP Director is a worldwide position that provides leadership and support to both leaders and employees through coaching, policy guidance, process development and implementation, employee relations, building growth solutions and learning activities. This role manages a team of talented HRBP and HR Generalists based in Africa, Asia and the US, and reports to the Chief People and Diversity Officer.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and grow a team of regional HR Business partners
• Support and guide HRBPs to manage employee relations issues in partnership with PATH Leadership
• Serve as the escalation point of contact for all HR business partnering matters
• Support the development and execution of employee engagement and retention strategies, plans, and initiatives including the design and implementation of a training, mentoring and professional development and succession plans
• Co-lead the development and delivery of organizational development programs including succession planning, change management and talent management
• Work collaboratively with the executive team, managers, HR team, and other stakeholders to build a culture defined by our values
• Coach and influence PATH leadership in building and implementing innovative PATH people experience strategies informed by PATH strategic objectives and global market trends
• Collaborate with the Chief People and Diversity Officer to provide HRBP support to the Executive team members
• Partner with the Chief People and Diversity Officer to address HR institutional issues
• Partner with the HR Operations team to initiate and project manage institutional priorities and to create communication plans in support of HR initiatives to educate and create a shared-understanding of our people strategies
• Lead the review and update policies, guidelines and handbooks on an ongoing basis, to reflect labor laws, legislative and regulatory changes for all countries in which PATH operates
• Work with HR Management Team and Legal Affairs to ensure global compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to mitigate risk
• Serve as the PATH safeguarding officer and act as the lead author of HR related investigation action plans
• Partner and influence Global Program and Country Leaders to proactively identify the next HR priorities, providing guidance and capacity building to create solutions
