JOB DETAILS:
Role Purpose:
• The Global Change Manager sits within the Project and Change Management Team that is part of the Transformation Delivery Department within Save the Children International (SCI). This team is responsible for managing the change management activities and deployment of projects into 60 Country and Regional offices and 29 Member organisations. We support different types of Transformation Projects and Programmes relating to Business Process, Organisation and System changes.
• As the Global Change Manager for Fleet Transformation, you will be responsible for developing and delivering change and deployment related deliverables to ensure the successful implementation of a new Fleet management system called ProFleet and a Fleet Service Charge (FSC) process across all of SCI’s Country Offices. As these implementations impact Country Offices, Regional Offices, Centre as well as Save the Children’s Member offices frequent virtual engagement over Teams with staff in those offices is required. Despite this being a Fleet project, the role holder does not require any Fleet experience.
• The role holder will also need to engage across the wider Project and Change Team to share best practice and take on board guidance and lessons learned based on experience from other projects.

Experience And Skills
Essential

• Demonstrated experience and capability in change management
• Experience in implementation of system and process changes
• Ability to communicate and engage with senior managers
• Experience of working on projects at various phases of the project lifecycle
• Experience of solving issues through analysis, definition of a clear way forward and ensuring buy in
• Experience working across multiple functions or locations
• True passion for results, responsibility and proactivity
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
• Competent in Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness and ability to travel

Desirable
• Affinity, knowledge and experience of working within a standardised project/change methodology
• Experience working with colleagues from different countries and cultures
• INGO experience
• A second language. Preferably French, Spanish or Arabic.
