Career Directions Ltd (CDL) is a leading Human Resource. Recruitment and Consultancy firm, specializing in Payroll Management Training, Staff Outsourcing and Psychometric Testing We are looking to fill the following positions for our client in the FMCG Industry
I. GENERAL TRADE SALES AND DISTRIBUTION MANAGER
Our client is a manufacturer of fast-moving consumer products FMCG in the hygiene category intend to recruit a qualified and experienced General Trade Sales and Distribution Manager The main function of the job is to distribute and sell the company's products through the General trade. This requires worlding with the distributors and wholesalers in order to ensure that the products reach consumers through traditional retailers. .

The key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing the General trade sales and distribution plans and execution of the same
• Achieving the sales targets and budgets
• Ensuring in-depth distribution of the company products
• Developing and leading a qualified sales team The suitable candidate should have the following minimum qualifications:
