Overview
What you will do
• Ensure the reception area is well managed aligned with the departmental service level agreement;
• Receive clients and visitors and notify relevant department/staff member in a timely manner;
• Effectively handle client queries at the reception and channel them to the relevant department/staff;
• Keep an updated register of all letters, cheques and parcels received through the reception;
• Handle the switchboard professionally;
• Dispatch parcels in a timely manner through courier;
• Manage the newspapers and newspaper subscription for all eligible staff;
• Operate the franking machine and ensure timely franking of letters;
• Manage the administration emails and alert the business on any email that requires their attention; and
• Effectively and efficiently manage travel/ticketing.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• A Diploma in Front Office management is an added advantage.
• Good analytical and organization skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Be a Kenyan citizen or eligible to work in Kenya.
