Job purpose
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide overall post program support for freelancing alumni. The role will be responsible for day to day super-agent Mentorship activities and ensure there is coordination between internal teams towards supporting freelancing graduates.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU'LL NEED:
• Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience
• A degree in social sciences, business or a relevant field will be an added advantage
• At least three years online work experience
• Embody values and understand the future challenges and opportunities for youth empowerment and is passionate about creating an impact in Kenya’s employment ecosystem
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, MS project, etc.)
Skills And Abilities
• Excellent oral/presentation skills
• Excellent written skills in English, especially report writing
• Strong teamwork orientation, with an ability to lead and work effectively with a range of partners and colleagues
• Strong interpersonal and ability to communicate to people of all walks of life
• Strategic and innovative with the ability to sell the vision of Generation
• Ability to explain complex ideas in an easily accessible way tailored to different audiences
• Strong planning skills
Other requirements
Ability to travel frequently within Kenya and different counties
