FREELANCE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS EXECUTIVES (BSE)- COAST REGION JOB REF: HR-FBSE-09-2019
Nation Media Group PLC seeks to recruit experienced and self-motivated Freelance Business Solutions Executives in the Advertising Department, within Nation Newspapers Division (NND). The main purpose of the role is to ensure the generation of advertising revenue, provision of sustainable business communication solutions, superior customer care, client relationship management, debt management, quality control and the generation of new business. The positions will be based in our Mombasa office. .

Job Responsibilities:
• Advertising Solutions: Selling advertising solutions through prospecting, originating solutions based proposals and visiting clients;
• Customer Service: Managing relationships and client accounts effectively;
• Market Support and market share: Making courtesy calls, conducting market intelligence, promoting good client experience and consistently growing market share;
• Credit Management: Collecting debts by invoicing, delivering statements and following-up on payment within the desired credit period; and,
• Quality and Process Controls: Guaranteeing quality control by ensuring minimal make-goods and credit notes, managing deadlines and managing client complaints.

Job Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree in business related field is preferable;
• At least 2 years' experience in media sales:
• Our ideal candidates must be competitive, possess positive attitude, disciplined, fast to the market and should have the drive and passion to win;
• Excellent oral and written as well as presentation skills;
• Demonstrable strong work ethic for completing sales cycles:
• Strong negotiation skills and a team player;
• Demonstrable strength in client service and continuous growth, and,
• Understanding of the Coastal region is an added advantage.
