1. 1.1 The Mandera County Government invites sealed tenders Framework Agreement for Supply and Delivery of Non-Food Items
2. 1.2 Eligible prospective candidates may obtain further information from the office of the
Director supply chain management services at the county headquarters building in green
county during normal working hours and/or via email on
procurement@mandera.go.ke.3. 1.3 Invitation to tender containing detailed information, tender numbers and the tender
documents can also be downloaded free of charge at the county’s website
www.mandera.go.ke.
4. 1.4 Completed set of tender documents (in original and copy) enclosed in a sealed
envelope clearly marked with the tender name and tender number must be delivered to
the address below so as to be received on or before THURSDAY, 19TH JANUARY 2023 at
10.00 Am.
5. 1.5 Tenders to be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any deadline date or time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence
of the tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below
6. 1.6 Late tenders submitted after deadline will be rejected
