Qualifications:
• Education: A completed Master's degree in Research Methods, Statistics, or Computer Science or a Bachelor's degree with 2 additional years of experience
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant, full-time work experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning with in-country, in-field experience
• Experience using data collection technologies such as ODK and Kobo tool box and data visualization skills of results on dashboards.
• Experience conducting Monitoring & Evaluation activities such as refining indicators, drafting indicator definitions and reference sheets, and adapting methods from journal articles and best practices to improve the scalability of data collection to verify progress and impact.
• Experience engaging with a wide range of partners from donors and investors to farmer coops, smallholder farmers to de fi ne commonly-agreed socio-economic and/or ecosystem services indicators.

Languages:
Fluency or working proficiency in French a major plus.
