What you will be doing:
• Supervise all Food and Beverage operations in our fast-paced restaurant and bars
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
• Contributes to the upkeep of the outlet’s database of regular guests
• Resolves guests’ complaints directly or consults the Outlet Manager
• Familiar with the outlets menu and promotional activities
• Ensure compliance of brand standards
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

Your experience and skills include:
• Previous experience in a similar role is required
• Diploma in Food & Beverage or related field
• Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
