We are looking for highly engaged candidates with a track record of excellence to fill the following position:
Fleet Contracts Supervisor (REF: ISUZU/01) .

Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager, Field Engineering, Leasing Operations & Fleet Management the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
• Onboard fleet customers to the isuzu network to grow service and parts revenue.
• In liaison with Service Marketing and Finance, participate in the development of fleet customers service contracts
• Develop a seamless operations link between fleet customers Dealers and Authorised Service Outlets.
• Prompt processing of fleet customers service requests by Dealers and Authorised Service Outlets.
• Lead departmental contribution and structural costs reduction initiatives to moet set targets.
• Achieving Net Promoter Score and supporting the customer experience evaluation process.
• Preparation and submission of monthly performance reports.
• In liaison with Parts Sales, ensure Dealers and Authorised service outlets stock parts for servicing national fleet contracts
• Participate in the development of the department's objectives and performance.

Job Qualifications:
For appointment to this position, the successful candidate must have the following minimum requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering second class honours, upper division
• Mean Grade B plus in KCSE
• Five (5) years' relevant experience.
• Ability to negotiate and structure partnerships
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, Business Acumen & Problem solving skills. Dealing with ambiguity and teamwork.
