JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Adhere to HSE policies and procedures.
• Disassembling, reassembling and reinstalling of the plant equipment using OEM manuals
• Ensuring correct records of maintenance activities are kept
• Monitor weights, seals, caps, and general packaging of product.
• Precisely reading, interpreting and planning work according to drawings
• Prepare equipment for next run to include size changes as needed.
• Repairing and maintenance of press tools and fixtures
• Setting up and operating workshop
• Setting up fitting tools on the job at hand and instructing fitter assistants on fitting tools as required
• Tracking all completed work and parts used in the work order system
• Troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment

Minimum Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• 5 years’ experience in drilling, Surface grinding, Tapping and Milling
• Should have basic knowledge about drawing and basic knowledge of welding

Education Requirement: No Requirements

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60
