Finance and Administration Manager REF/02/HPA/11/2018
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the ideal candidate who should possess a fine blend; of financial and administration leadership and

•  technical skills will provide overall leadership of the finance and administration department Essential Functions
  
•  Provides strategic leadership in business and financial planning, monitoring management and reporting including development policies. systems, processes that would safe guard the financial resources and lead to attainment of set} goals and objectives.
  
•  Solid financial management orientation :
  
•  Strong corporate planning and budgeting skills
  
•  Good understanding of ERB and other MIS in multifunctional environment
  
•  Excellent people management and leadershipskills
  
•  Develop and present financial reports in a timely. clear, and accurate manner, In accordance with hospital policies and procedure, for effective organizational management.
  
•  Establish financial controls and evaluate potential hospital expenditure
  
•  Manage organizational cash flow.
  
•  Excellent communication and relationship: building skills with an ability to prioritize. negotiate. and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

•  Masters of business administration(finance option)
  

• Bachelors in commerce, accounting, Economics. Finance or related field :
  
•  CPA (K)
  
•  10 years‘ experience 3 years as senior financial; manager preferably in Hospital management
  
•  Comfort with technology: experience working with various computer and financial programs and platforms.
