JOB DETAILS:
What you will do
• Troubleshooting system failures, ticketing the bug and liaising with the Engineering and Product Software Departments for resolution.
• Reconciling ERP financial inputs with financial and operational information from the Core System.
• Monitoring journal entries posted in the ERP System for accuracy and completeness.
• Implementing and maintaining financial system improvements and updates.
• Actively involved in various data cleanup activities.
• Training staff on the use of financial systems.
• Testing system updates and liaising with the Finance Systems Manager to provide signo-ff before they are pushed to production

What you bring to KOKO
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Can work independently and collaboratively with other team members
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in Implementation and end user Support of ERP systems
• Good knowledge of best practices in Finance, Procurement and Project Management
• Experience in using and supporting Odoo ERP would be advantageous
• Good technical skills in Excel, Accounting Software and SQL
• Technical experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues
• Strong organizational skills and a passion for data analysis
