Requirements
• Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting or Finance)
• CPA Part III
• Registered with a professional body; Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and in good standing
• Be conversant with: PFM Act 2012, PPAD Act 2015 and other relevant statutes
• Be familiar with IFRS and IPSAS frameworks
• Be familiar with budgeting process
• Minimum five years working experience in the same field
• Strong supervisory, leadership and managerial skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Police Clearance Certificate (Certificate of Good Conduct)
• Good communication/interpersonal and organizational skills
• Team player
