JOB DETAILS:

ROLE DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Finance Manager who heads our finance team (4 FTE in total). You will be responsible for running the day-to-day finance department, which includes:
• Receivables and payables management
• Inventory control and stock management
• Cash flow management and forecasting
• Management reporting and budgeting
• Payroll management
• Tax management and payments
• Audit processes management
• Providing advice in financial decision making on margins, expenses and investments
• Compliance with licenses, relevant laws and set-up

QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous experience as a Finance Manager, preferably in an FMCG or retail company
• Experience in working in a fast-paced and unstructured environments
• Full scope capabilities in Finance (CPA level 6)
• Proven experience in working with ERPs (Dynamics or SAP)
• Strong project management skills to drive financial improvement agenda
• Street smart in managing cash flows, suppliers and employees
