JOB DETAILS:
What you will do:
• Watch all submitted films
• Deliberate the films with the programming team make your case for or against the film for the festival
• Collaboratively short list the films for each festival
• IT IS KEY: You Reach out to filmmakers in Kenya circle to share their projects and widening your network of filmmakers and grow your knowledge of films being made.

Qualifications:
• Knowledge in film selection processes and audience building.
• Ability to identify films that will be favourable and appropriate to our audiences based on their demographic and location, while creating a balance to keep them engaged and start conversations.
• A team player who works well remotely under minimal supervision.
• Ability to join meetings and discussions virtually and regularly.
• Access to fast, reliable internet.
• Access to tools that will enable you to view and watch the submitted films and store them securely, and confidentially

Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
