JOB DETAILS:
Speedball Courier Services Limited is looking for field officers in the following regions: Lodwar, Garissa, Meru, Machakos, Mombasa, Bungoma, Maua, Chuka, Embu, Nanyuki, Kirinyaga, Muranga, Voi, Wote, Mwingi, Kibwezi, Busia, Kitui .

Job Responsibilities:
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Must be very conversant with items our clients ship to their customers
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints and relaying the same to your immediate supervisor
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Analyzes client requests and propose appropriate solutions.
• Follows procedures established by the department.
• Validates method of payment with the client.
• Handles pick-ups and deliveries according to clients’ SOP requirements.

  Job Qualifications:
• A minimum of form 4 leavers certificate.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Experience working with customer support.
• Bilingual (Kiswahili– English) (verbal and written)

• Ability to work under pressure
