JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities
• Distribution and replacement of IW products to schools in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct schools visits to enhance products awareness and correct usage among teachers and staff
• Support in gaining insights on challenges schools face in providing safe drinking water to students and suggest viable recommendations
• Submit weekly narrative and financial expense reports to their supervisor
• Ensure data collected using our mobile app (Taroworks) are accurate and submitted on time
• Deliver documents for signing from the company to the schools or vice versa
• Return unused IW products to their Supervisor
• Any other duties as may be assigned by their supervisor

Qualifications and Person Specifications
The Field Agent should be excited to improve schools and help make the human right to safe water a reality for all students in their geographical zones. The ideal candidate will be a mission-driven individual that can fully align with Impact Water’s values and demonstrate the following preferred skills, experience and qualities:
• MUST be a resident of their desired geographic region of work
• MUST have excellent knowledge of their geographical zone
• Preferably be a holder of an undergraduate degree or diploma certificate
• MUST have the ability and willingness to travel 100% of the time to visit schools across their geographical zones.
• MUST have a smartphone.
• Preferably be between 25-35 years of age.
• Possess a positive attitude and is self driven
• Can communicate clearly in English and Kiswahili
• Good personal hygiene and grooming standards.
• Should be of high emotional intelligence to handle difficult situations.
• Experience working in the field, preferable in or with the community is a plus.
• Previous knowledge of working with digital applications and online data submission-ODK,KoBo,Taroworks..etc is an advantage.
• Someone who can multitask without compromising on quality.
• Team player
