Event Administrator
The successful applicant should have:
• A passion for weddings and events, a keen eye for detail and be eager to learn and progress in this industry.
• Commitment and enthusiasm are essential, and experience in the weddings and events industry is essential.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of two years’ experience in sales, marketing, customer service
• Bachelor’s Degree in communications, sales and marketing journalism or any related field preferred
• Excellent telephone and message taking etiquette
• Able to work under pressure and multi task particularly during the peak seasons
• Focused on delivering a high level of customer/ client service
• Must be highly organized, and detail oriented
• Proficiency in the English language – Written and verbal
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in all social media channels
• Excellent in organizational skills
• A team player
• Self-motivated, dedicated, and passionate.
