• Be a Kenyan citizen;
• Have served in the grade of Assistant Engineer II (Mechanical) or in a comparable and relevant position in the public service for at least three (3) years; OR Have worked or served as an Engineer (Mechanical) in a reputable organization for a period of at least 3 years;
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution;
• Be registered by the Engineers Registration Board of Kenya;
