JOB DETAILS:
EPZ MANAGER - Rumuruti
Reporting to the Group Operations Director and overseeing site logistical operations, including equipment, machinery and fabric maintenance, the EPZ Manager must be fully conversant with factory operations in the food processing industry as well as managing people and other multi-skill managers. Main requirements for the role are as follows;

• As a specialist in organization, production and supply chain management, the ideal candidate will possess over 10 years‘ experience at a similar level and will be a self-motivated, forward thinking, hands-on Manager with excellent crisis management skills able to think strategically and problem solve
• An ardent advocate of systems and procedures, good manufacturing standards and other social welfare standards, the EPZ Manager will be expected to identify and advise management on issues affecting EPZ operations, whether it be in the floriculture or horticulture units, and will be able to develop work plans and budgets.
• Performance managing, workforce planning and coordinating recruitment within the EPZ
