JOB DETAILS:
Our client is the largest and most famous development bank in the world and is an observer at the United Nations Development Group.They are seeking to hire a very competent Event Assistant to join them. .

  Job Qualifications:
• Be at least 25 and less than 62 years of age.
• Be able to effectively understand and carry out rules, orders, and instructions.
• High school or equivalent diploma or comparable experience, literate and able to understand English
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in driving vehicles in international organization/development agencies.
• Must have good geographical knowledge of the cities assigned.
• Should be in possession of a valid Certificate of Good Conduct
• All drivers must be licensed by the appropriate Government entity to operate the class of motor vehicle that they will be driving under the terms of the contract, with certification of good driving record or equivalent reference check.
• Drivers must have a minimum of two (2) years driving experience as a chauffeur or two (2) years’ experience as a driver in commerce, public transportation or similar background.
• Remain not at fault for a road accident within the previous three (3).
• Completed all medical checks by a local licensed medical practitioner. Further, the contactor shall ensure that the local practitioner completes and returns the Certificate of Fitness Form, with the original signed form to be provided to the purchaser within thirty (30) days of medical examination.
• The Drivers that are determined not fit to drive may not perform driving duties for the Purchaser and must be replaced with compliant drivers by the The, until such time as they are fit for duty.
• The must ensure complete medical checks as stipulated in Exhibit 2 of this document with local licensed medical practitioner within thirty (30) days after contract award and then every two years thereafter, in accordance with the following medical requirements of the Purchaser:
• Ensure each Driver has their medical health assessed through a full review of their medical history, current medication and full examination.
• Perform physical and lab testing as described in the medical Examination Form attached herewith (Exhibit 2).
