JOB DETAILS:
Driver II -7 Posts
QUALIFICATIONS
- Three (3) years’ cumulative work experience at the grade of Driver III or a comparable position in the public or private sector
- KCSE mean grade D (plain) in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education or its equivalent;
- Valid driving license free from any current endorsements(s) for classes of the vehicles the driver is required to drive;
- Passed Occupational Trade Test III for Drivers;
- Defensive Driving Certificate from recognized institution;
- Refresher Driving course lasting not less than one week from a recognized institution;
- Certificate of Good Conduct (renewable after one (1) year);
- Certificate in First Aid lasting not less than one (1) week
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
- Meet the provision of Chapter Six of Constitution

- Good Interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle;
- Keeping up to date work tickets for vehicles;
- Cleaning of the assigned motor vehicle;
- Submitting regular reports on motor vehicle assigned;
- Reporting any mechanical/accident problems; and
- Proper mechanical working condition of the vehicle.
