JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary
The successful candidate will drive company vehicles within an established territory to transport staff, visitors, mail and parcels in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
• Prepare vehicle by conducting operator maintenance.
• Clean and service all vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Keep a record of all trips, mileage and fuel consumption for each vehicle used and ensure records are signed by the respective staff members.
• Plan route and requirements by studying schedule or ad-hoc requests by the office
• Transport faculty, staff members and guests
• Pick up and deliver items as directed and running errands
• Maintain passenger confidence by keeping information strictly confidential
• Complete any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements
• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with a minimum grade of C
• Possess Kenyan Driving License Grade D
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience
• Knowledge of traffic regulations and city locations
• The ability to keep composure when dealing with unruly passengers
• Basic knowledge of vehicle repairs
• Professional attributes and good customer services skills
• Ability to communicate in both English and Kiswahili
