Direct Sales Executive

Job Description
Our client a leading Real Estate Company, they seek to hire Direct Sales Executives who are self-driven, result oriented with sales experience to push sales for the company.

Key Responsibilities
Prospecting for new clients to increase sales by developing potential leads. Drafting and implementation of sales and marketing plans. Setting monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target and achieving them, developing and maintaining good working relationships with new and existing customers. Promoting the company’s products through frequent communication with existing clients and prospects. Responding to client’s queries regarding the company’s products.

Key Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or business related field
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales preferably in Real Estate
• Passionate about sales and closing deals
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain the right attitude
• Experience working with a CRM
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to influence clients and achieve targets
• Great networking and customer service skills
• Experience in field work is a plus
• Ability to perform with minimum supervision
