JOB DETAILS:
You will work with product/program owners and various internal and external partners, seeking to understand client business goals and requests, in order to design solutions with two key goals in mind: ensure optimal balance of user experience and technical performance, and drive technical designs that meet business needs in an operationally maintainable way.

Responsibilities
• Serve as the Creative ¬LY&R web platform Technology subject matter expert to internal and external cross-functional partners, for new feature planning, solution design, and product support.
• Review business roadmap initiatives and provide high-level guidance on the development level of effort estimations to business decision makers to facilitate alignment on, and influence planning of workflow to meet client business goals.
• Review and understand business requirements to be able to provide technical direction to the development teams while keeping user needs top of mind. Ensure quality development on actionable items.
• Partner with internal and external technical teams to ensure major milestones are being met and continuously identify development process gaps and implement solutions accordingly.
• Understand and keep up to date with emerging web platform technologies, trends, and innovative solutions being implemented across the industry.
• Support integration design and development work across all internal and external functions and systems as needed.
• Oversee performance management, learning and growth for the agency Digital Tech Team.

Qualifications & Experience
• A degree in Information Technology, Business or related field.
• Expertise, experience, and knowledge working with e-Commerce technologies, such as web platforms, order management systems, customer care service tools, etc.
• Experience developing or leading development teams in e-commerce, CRM, digital marketing/personalization environment.
• 5+ years of experience in technology product management, development, with a preference for experience working in an agile/SCRUM development framework.
• 5+ years of experience leading and working with software engineers and developers.

Skills Required
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements, provide a concise narrative to the leadership of complex systems/concepts, and oversee multiple projects and production support activities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases. Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others.
• Must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically, deal with ambiguity, manage changing priorities and influence others
• Ability to prioritize competing demands based on technical complexity and efficient design principles
• Excellent project oversight and management skills with the ability to lead multiple work streams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong people management skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly and analytically, solve problems, scope business requirements and prioritize work on projects.
• A strong and focused leader, but also a team player.
• Skilled people developer and manager who is able to inspire, motivate and grow teams.
