JOB DETAILS:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Execute e-commerce and social media strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
2. Handle Project management (video shoots, photo shoots, and organizing marketing events)
3. Play key role in the strengthening and implementation of the company’s strategy in order to
4. provide customers with a seamless shopping experience across channels
5. Website data management and analysis.
6. Strategy implementation and monitoring through data analysis andSOI
7. Continually drive improvements in the user experience and customer journey across all online touch points, in order to drive conversion rate optimization and revenue
8. Ensuring that payment options and promotional tabs are configured correctly.
9. Monitoring website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates.
10. Analyzing sales-related data to predict future sales
11. Collaborate with the team on improving marketing materials based on insights from the field.
12. Always understand the current market trends including competitors and communicate such
13. information to the management team.
14. Provide excellent customer service and management to all customers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s Degree in BBIT, Advertising, Marketing or any other Business related field
2. 2 – 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing
3. Excellent data analytics and excel proficiency is a plus
4. Demonstrable understanding of the strategic role of marketing and communication to impact on business results
5. Excellent writing and editing skills
6. Must have the ability to develop, execute and successfully track marketing campaigns
7. Excellent planning, and organizational skills with high integrity
8. Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
9. Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
