JOB DETAILS:
Main roles and responsibilities
• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Develop projects to create content that are upselling WFA products.
• Publish digital marketing content online and implement email marketing campaign
• Conduct market research and create digital marketing campaigns and promotions to attract new customers.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Researching ways to penetrate new markets that will aim at attracting more customers to Work Force Africa.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• In Collaboration with the IT Department, manage WFA website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind.
• Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
• Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
• Coordinate all public relations activities
• Direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media
• Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
• Create content for press releases, by-line articles and keynote presentations
• Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
Key qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, BBIT or equivalent.
• Proven working experience as digital marketer-Minimum of three years of work experience
• Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
