WHAT YOU’LL DO
The ideal Digital Content Officer is a creative with a passion for creating amazing content and telling the Moko story. They will be excited to put a smile on people’s face and sparks in their eyes through creating fun content. They will enjoy taking on a variety of tasks from content creation, analysing consumer engagement to best advice on what is the best content. They like to find solutions to problems and think of ideas to improve our content and they strive to achieve the best possible outcome.

THE ROLE IN BRIEF
• Work in close collaboration with the team manager to create SEO driven content for the blog, website, emails, WhatsApp and other channels to nurture leads in the pipeline.
• Measuring and monitoring website and social media traffic statistics
• Maintain an up-to-date audience for SMS and Email campaigns
• Maintain and update e- commerce platforms including Facebook and Instagram shops
• Carry out research, gather market data and use the results to come up with well-informed topics and themes for content creation.
• Any other tasks that will be assigned by the manager from time to time

• You are proficient with digital content platforms and have proven experience in creating strong and engaging content
• You have a good understanding of Search Engine Optimization best practices
• You have excellent writing, proofreading and communication skills
• You are detail oriented with good time management and organizational skills
• You have the ability to match up with fast paced work environment
