Roles for the Diabetic Counselor Job

•  Extensive knowledge in diabetic management
  
•  Knowledgeable in pre-diabetes and diabetic prevention
  
•  Handling patient education & the diabetic screening program
  
•  Ensure patients understand self-care and advice on dietary issues
  

Diabetic Counselor Job Qualification

• A Certified Diabetic Educator is a strong advantage
  
•  At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
