TENDER NOTICE

Turkana County Government through the Ministry of Trade, Gender and Youth Affairs lnvites bids from interested elligible bidders for the under listed tenders.

lnterested eligible candidates may obtain further lnformition from the officet of the Director Supply chain Management Services, Procurement Department, Office of the Governor - Lodwar and via email on: supplychainoffice@turkana.go.ke

The tender documents containing detailed Information on the tenders can freely be downloaded from the county gowmment website: www.turkana.go.ke or IFMIS PORTAL: www.treasury.go.ke or PPIP Portal:  www.tenders.go.ke  

Bidders who have downloaded the document from the website must forward their particulars immediately for recording and further clarification and addenda to supplychainoffice@turkana.go.ke.

Complete tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL: supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the document so as to be received on or before the date and time lndicated in the IFMIS.

All documents must be well titled upon uploading and should NOT be Submitted Through a link

Bidden must Upload copy of original bid security to the IFMIS Portal and deliver the ORIGINAL bid security to the office of the Director Supply Chain Management Services, Procurtment Department. Office of the Governor- Lodwar.

Prices quoted must remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the opening date.The bid Security must be valid for one hundred and fifty (150) days from the opening date.

NOTE: Bidders who may experience challenges In accessing or uploading tender documents In the IFMIS TENDER PORTAL should contact the IFMIS helpdesk Tel(080072l477) at the National Treasury or contact supply chain management services offlce situated at the County Headquarter next to the Treasury building.

The system will automatically LOCK OUT at the time and date of the tender closing as Indicated on the IFMIS PORTAL

MANUAL Submissions will not be accepted. All tenders must be submitted through the IFMIS platform
