JOB DETAILS:
Deputy Director HRM and Development
requirements for the position:
• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Industrial relations/ Business Administration/Government or any relevant field will be an added advantage
Or
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Industrial relations/Business
• Administration/Government or any relevant field with a professional certificate in HR
• Postgraduate Diploma in HR or equivalent from or recognized institution will be an added advantage;
• A minimum of Six (6) years of experience at Management level in Public Service
• Membership of IHRM is a must
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Associate Degree
