Duties and Essential Responsibilities
• Keying in of PITC data into the PITC Access database.
• Ensures that confidentiality of data collected and stored is maintained.
• Provide input to enhance PITC data systems.
• Ensure that PITC forms are well filled by the counsellors.
• Ensure counsellors are well trained on how to fill PITC data collection tools.
• Preparing monthly PITC error Reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Data Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma in mathematics, IT or any other related field.
• One-year experience in Data management.
• Basic analytical skills by use of statistical software i.e. SPSS

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Associate Degree
