JOB DETAILS:
As a Data Analyst you will work with all teams by providing reliable data analysis and insights that will be used to drive business decisions. .

Responsibilities
• Partner with product team and Business analyst to create and enhance research data products
• Analyse data inputs and outputs for new products
• Assist with guiding and implementing strategic and tactical approaches to support data analysis activities through collaboration with engineering teams
• Work with marketing team to help them get quicker reports on campaigns
• Work with business analyst to create efficient and reusable code meant for the improvement, manipulation, and analysis of data
• Work closely with business analyst to create and maintain standards and documentation (such as data mapping)

  Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Computer Science or other similar fields
• 2+ years experience as a data analyst, data scientist, or related quantitative in the Fintech industry
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills; able to break down complex problems and projects into manageable pieces; comfortable suggesting and presenting solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills presenting complex analytical results to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability and desire to work in a fast paced environment
• Familiarity with data profiling tools to query the data, identify anomalies, gaps and issues
• Experience using Ms.Excel, SQL and Python
• Configuring technical architecture to support data analysis activities
• Data quality management
• Work with data in various forms (data warehouses/SQL, unstructured data environments)
• General awareness of data management practices, emerging trends, and issues
• Work in a predictive analytics environment would be an added advantage
