JOB DETAILS:
Key responsibilities:
• Assist in survey tools design and programming.
• Supervise field data collection.
• Perform survey data cleaning and management.
• Assist in drafting of survey report.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by project team.

Selection Criteria
• Currently enrolled for an M.Sc. degree in Agricultural Economics/ Economics/Agricultural Resource Management/Agri-business Management in a recognized university in Kenya.
• Three (3) years of practical experience in field work and analysis of survey and qualitative data
• Strong analytical skills in STATA.
• Ability to work with NVivo is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated knowledge of data collection software such as Open Data Kit (ODK) and CSPro.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work efficiently and independently.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills, integrity, honesty, and self-motivation.
• Able to work well within a team.
• Advanced level in written and spoken English.
