JOB DETAILS:

We are looking a customer support engineer to join our global team, largely based in the Kenya Nairobi Area area but will cover a wider market in Africa.
The role will be largely customer facing and will involve a wide range of support for our Factory wide Performance and Quality Solution, from software and hardware installation and configuration, to wiring installation, operator training, site reporting and sales support.

Successful applicants will require:
• Degree level or similar qualifications
• Good communication skills
• Proven computer literacy
• A software/mechanical/electronic background would be ideal
• Network skills beneficial
• An enthusiastic attitude
• Self motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
• A full driving license with a high degree of mobility, as travel to other areas will be necessary
• Passport Required

A competitive salary will be paid in line with knowledge and experience.
Initial training may be carried out at our headquarters in UK, together with extensive field service training.


Work Hours: 8 Bachelor Degree
