JOB DETAILS:
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage our partners, a self starter that excels in building and managing strategic partnerships.
Coordinate with the cross-functional teams to ensure business target achievements and product expectations on service delivery are met
Generate new business and manage existing business
Manage all stages of business development pipelines;
Measure success and learning from experiments, pilot projects, and fully realized partners;
Serve as a point of contact for partners and all internal teams
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements:
7-10 years previous work experience in a similar role or in a fintech start-up.
Experience in selling or supporting tech products
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
A customer-oriented attitude that drives results
Aptitude in networking, building & maintaining long term strategic relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset, tremendous drive ownership, motivated and result-oriented
Should be able to work in a fast-paced, high pressure startup environment
Hands on experience in understanding the entire sales cycle
Comfortable in working as hands on; diversity candidates will be preferred
Bachelors / Masters degree from a reputed institute. What is in for you?
