Customer Service Executive

Summary
The Debt Collectors will be generally responsible for helping the company get paid money they are owed. Their main duty is to find people who owe money from overdue bills and ensure payments are made.

Responsibilities
• Provide one-stop customer support for all clients’ services by responding to customer contacts
• Understand the importance and impact of first call resolution
• Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build customer loyalty by follow up of customer calls
• Document and report on customer feedback to improve the customer experience
• Customer engagement and building sustainable relationships
• Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable•

Qualifications
• At least six months experience as Customer Service Executive
• Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
• Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
• Computer Literate
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Residing along Mombasa Road
• Ready to undergo a two weeks training at your own cost
